Refund policy

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within 7 days from the delivery in original packaging. However in case of item damage during transit the request for replacement / return is to be made within 24 hours after receiving the delivery. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. There is no cash refund. 

Incase of any kind of malfunctioning or defect, the item will need to be taken to the nearest service station.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us in secure packaging through a reliable courier or mail service. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?

You need to return the product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order anytime until your order starts shipping (i.e. while the order status is shown as “pending” under Order History). For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.

If you wish to cancel an order that is being shipped, a restocking fee of 25% will apply to your order.

What is your Refund Policy?

If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but the customer may decide between the alternative offered or a refund.

If the order is confirmed by us but not shipped within an acceptable time (dispatch within 7 working days), the customer may choose to get a refund.

A full refund will be given if, after the confirmation of the order, the logistics partner is unable to service the delivery address.

The refund will be made via NEFT to the customer’s account within 14 working days after receipt of account details from the customer.

How do I return my product to Mr. Butlers?

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Mr. Butlers does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
